About this Handbook

The Handbook, or employee manual, is an essential tool that provides a comprehensive guide for employees regarding the company’s policies, procedures, values, and expectations. Additionally, it serves as a means to enhance efficiency and agility in accessing information.
Why only in English?
We have adopted the “English First” concept as part of our company’s internationalization process. This means that we prioritize using English in all our internal communications and documents. As a result, the Handbook was created following this concept, which means that all information is documented in English first. This facilitates communication among teams from different linguistic backgrounds and reflects our commitment to promoting an inclusive and globalized organizational culture.
