Our Benefits (CLT Brazil)
Health and Well-being
- SulAmérica Saúde: Health plan in the SPECIAL 100 (private room) category, with no waiting period or co-payment. It offers national coverage, and the card is digital, available in the app.
- WellHub (formerly Gympass): Segura® provides access to the platform. Each employee is free to choose the plan that best suits their routine and pay for it directly using their preferred payment method.
- Birthday Day-Off: Enjoy the day you were born to celebrate! You are entitled to this day off.
Financial
- Payment (Salary): We offer two payment models:
- Monthly: Paid by the 5th business day of the month.
- Bi-weekly: A 50% advance on the 20th of each month, and the remaining balance on the 5th business day (with applicable deductions).
- Caju (Flexible Benefits):
- Meal/Food Voucher: R$ 45.00 per day (based on 22 business days), deposited on the 1st of each month.
- Home Office Assistance: R$ 100.00, paid on the 2nd business day of the month.
- 13th Salary: The 1st installment is paid in June, and the 2nd installment is paid in December.
- Payroll Loan (ITAÚ): Available after 1 year with the company. For more information, please contact the Finance Department.
Development
- English Classes (Campus Live): Access to a modern English learning platform where each student can set their own pace and goals.
Vacation
- Vacation: The right to vacation is acquired after 365 days of work.
