InHire - Talent Referral Program

This is an opportunity for each of you to help us find and bring talented professionals who share our values to Segura®! We know that no one is better than you at identifying who has the ideal profile to join our team!

How does the tool work? We use the InHire platform to facilitate the referral process. Here’s how you can participate:

• Internal Link: If you know someone who would be perfect for one of our openings, access the referral form on InHire (segura.inhire.app/indique-uma-pessoa) and fill in the candidate’s information. This will help us quickly assess the candidate’s profile!
• External Link: Are you in touch with a talented individual and would like them to apply directly? Use the unique link we sent you via email to share with them. This way, they can apply easily, and your name will be credited as the referrer!

This program is your chance to bring in talented people you think would excel in our environment. Best of all? You will be contributing directly to the success and growth of Segura®!
