At Segura®, our culture is actively built through recognition and social actions. Here are some of the initiatives the People team helps promote (extracted from our internal newsletters):

Great Place to Work (GPTW) We are thrilled to announce that for the third consecutive year (as of Jan/24), we are recognized as a “Great Place to Work”! This achievement is a direct result of the opinions and feedback from each of you. Together, we are building an exceptional culture.

Social Actions

• UBUNTU Campaign (Actions that Transform): We support three exemplary social entities in Brazil that embody the principles of care and solidarity:

• Casa da Criança de Valinhos
• Universidade do Amor (actions in the Amazon)
• CAFe - Centro de Auxílio Familiar Educacional (Guarulhos/SP)

• Entre Bolhas e Borboletas (Between Bubbles and Butterflies): Segura® supported this Brazilian social project that provides moments of love, smiles, and hope for children in vulnerable situations through a scenic performance.

Internal Engagement

• Gratitude Wall: A year-end initiative where employees shared testimonials and thanks, strengthening our bonds and warming our hearts.
