Welcome to Segura®! This page is your starting point for integrating with our team and gaining access to all the necessary tools and information.

Guide for New Employees To help you through your first week, we’ve created a suggested schedule with important information to review during your first week for a better immersion into our world.

⚙️ Essential Tools

You will need to use these tools in your day-to-day work. Check with your department to see which ones require immediate access. If you have questions or access issues, contact the RDO team via the Segura® Portal.

  • Google Workspace: Our main productivity suite (Meet, Calendar, Drive, Docs, etc.).
  • Slack: Our messaging app for fast and informal internal communication.
  • Segura® Portal (ServiceNow): Our internal service portal for requests to IT, People, Admin, Compliance, and Marketing. Access is via SSO (portal.senhasegura.center).
  • Genyo: Digital time clock system for CLT employees.
  • 3CX: Private telephone network for internal and external communication.
  • Falcon Community: Our internal documentation and knowledge base platform.
  • Policies: Portal containing Segura®’s privacy and security policies.

💻 Your Initial Setup

For an efficient integration, please follow these important steps:

  1. Email Signature: Set up your email signature using Mailtastic.

  1. Corporate Photo: A professional profile picture is essential. If you are a new employee or were unable to attend the All Hands 2025 event, please contact the People team to arrange this.

🎓 Mandatory Training

Cybersecurity Essentials (Security Taken Seriously) This is a mandatory course for all Segura® employees, available on the Segura® Learn (KnowBe4) platform.

  • Why is it mandatory? This course ensures our team is up-to-date on security best practices, data protection, and internal policies, in compliance with ISO 27001, SOC II, and LGPD requirements.
  • Deadline: You must complete this course within 30 days of your start date at Segura®.
  • Access: Access the Segura® Learn platform.
