How to Make Requests
- Request Vacation (CLT, PJ, Interns):

Channel: Segura® Portal (ServiceNow)

Deadline: 30 days in advance, before the 10th of the previous month.

Submit Medical Certificate or Proof of Absence:

First, log the occurrence (absence) in Genyo.

Attach the supporting document by opening a ticket in the Segura® Portal.

Certificates sent via email will not be accepted.

General Questions (Benefits, Contract):
- Channel: Open a ticket in the Segura® Portal or email people@segura.security.
Compliance and Transparency
- Salary Equality Report:

Segura® actively publishes its transparency and salary equality report.

Ethics and Conduct (Whistleblower Channel):
- Segura® has a transparency channel for anonymously reporting incidents of non-compliance with the law or unethical behavior
